Currency

• Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they become withdrawable.

Anti-Money Laundering

Technical Issues

• Requirement to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be flagged as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee or closure.

Voluntary Account Closure
